【摘要】:Thistestmethodwasdevelopedtoprovidefortheenforcementof26CFR48.4082-1(b),whichmandatesthatalltax-exemptdieselfuelsbedyedwithanamountofSolventRed164ataconcentrationthatisspectrallyequivalentto3.9lb/103bbl(11.1mg/L)ofSolventRed26.ItisemployedtoverifythatthecorrectamountofSolventRed164isbeingaddedtotax-exemptproductatterminalsorrefineriespriortosale,andtodetectthepresenceofSolventRed164intaxedproductintendedforon-roaduse.SolventRed26istheazodyeshowninFig.1.ItisthestandardagainstwhichtheconcentrationofSolventRed164ismeasuredbecauseitisavailableinacertifiedpureform.SolventRed164isidenticalinstructuretoSolventRed26exceptthatithashydrocarbon(alkyl)chainsincorporatedtoincreaseitssolubilityindieselandburnerfuels.TheexactcompositionofSolventRed164willvaryfrommanufacturertomanufacturerandlottolotdependingupontheextentofalkylationthatoccursduringproduction;however,itsvisiblespectrumisvirtuallyidenticaltothespectrumofSolventRed26.SolventRed164isemployedinthefield(insteadofSolventRed26)todyetax-exemptdieselandburnerfuelsbecauseofitshighersolubilityandrelativelylowcost.FIG.1StructureofSolventRed261.1ThistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheconcentrationofdyeSolventRed164incommerciallyavailabledieselandburnerfuelsusingvisiblespectroscopy.Note18212;ThistestmethodissuitableforallNo.1andNo.2gradesinSpecificationsD396andD975andforgradesDMAandDMBinSpecificationD2069.1.2TheconcentrationrangesspecifiedforthecalibrationstandardsareestablishedinresponsetotheInternalRevenueServicedyeingrequirementswhichstatethattax-exemptdieselfuelsatisfiesthedyeingrequirementonlyifitcontainsthedyeSolventRed164(andnootherdye)ataconcentrationspectrallyequivalentto3.9lbofthesoliddyestandardSolventRed26perthousandbbl(11.1mg/L)ofdieselfuel.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO15883specifiestheparticularrequirements,includingperformance,forwasher-disinfectors(WDs)thatareintendedtobeusedforcleaningandchemicaldisinfectionofthermolabileendoscopes.ThispartofISO15883alsospecifiestheperformancerequirementsforthecleaninganddisinfectionofthewasher-disinfectoranditscomponentsandaccessorieswhichmayberequiredtoachievethenecessaryperformance.Themethods,instrumentationandinstructionsrequiredfortypetesting,workstesting,validation(installation,operationalandperformancequalificationonfirstinstallation),routinecontrolandmonitoringandre-validation,periodicallyandafteressentialrepairs,arealsospecified.NOTEIInaddition,AnnexAgivesguidanceonanappropriatedivisionofresponsibilityfortherangeofactivitiescoveredbythispartofISO15883.NOTE2WDscomplyingwiththispartofISO15883canalsobeusedforcleaningandchemicaldisinfectionofotherthermolabilere-usablemedicaldevicesforwhichthedevicemanufacturerhasrecommendedthismethodofdisinfection.WDscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthispartofISO15883arenotintendedforcleaninganddisinfectionofmedicaldevices,includingendoscopicaccessories,whichareheatstableandcanbedisinfectedorsterilizedbythermalmethods(seeISO15883-1:2006,4.1.5).ThespecifiedperformancerequirementsofthispartofISO15883maynotensuretheinactivationorremovalofthecausativeagent(s)(prioriprotein)oftransmissiblespongiformencephalopathies.NOTE3Ifitisconsideredthatprionproteinmightbepresent,particularcareisneededinthechoiceofdisinfectantsandcleaningagentstoensurethatthechemicalsuseddonotreactwiththeprionproteininamannerthatmayinhibititsremovalorinactivationfromtheloadorwasher-disinfector.ThispartofISO15883canbeusedbyprospectivepurchasersandmanufacturersasthebasisofagreementonthespecificationofWDmanufacturersofendoscopes,cleaningproducts,disinfectingproducts,andalsobyusers.
