【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedfortheanalysisofnickelalloysamplesbyFAAStocheckcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheprocedurewillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.InterlaboratoryStudies(ILS),8212;InternationalinterlaboratorystudieswereconductedbyISO/TC155/SC4,Analysisofnickelalloys.ResultswereevaluatedinaccordancewithISO5725:1986andrestatedtoconformtoPracticeE1601.ThemethodwaspublishedasISO7530,Parts1through9.ThepublishedISOstatisticsaresummarizedseparatelyforeachanalytetocorrespondwithPracticeE1601.Inthistestmethod,somematrixmodifiersarespecified.However,otheradditiveshavecomeintocommonusesincetheoriginalpublicationofthistestmethod.Thesemaybeequallyormoreeffectivebuthavenotbeentested.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertovalidatetheuseofsuchadditivesortheuseofdifferentdilutions,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodcoversanalysisofnickelalloysbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometricanalysis(FAAS)forthefollowingelements:Element
