GB/T24338的本部分适用于轨道机车车辆电气和电子设备电磁兼容性的发射与抗扰度。
本部分考虑到了轨道机车车辆的内部环境和轨道的外部环境,以及其他装备对设备的干扰,例如手提式无线电发射装置。
如果某端口用于射频通信(专用的射频器,例如转发系统)的发送或接收,则本部分中通信频率的发射与抗扰度限值并不适用。
本部分不适用于启动或停止设备时的瞬态发射。
本部分的目的就是定义有关传导及射频骚扰的电磁发射及抗扰度试验要求的限值和试验方法。
这些特殊规定是对在GB/T24338.1通用规定的补充。
