【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcan,allariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofconveyorbeltvehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:--self-propelledconveyorbeltvehicleswithorwithoutdriver'saccommodation;--self-propelledconveyorbeltvehiclesequippedwithavanbody;--towedconveyorbeltvehicles,Intendedtobeusedformanualloading/unloadingofaircraft.ExamplesoftypicaldesignsofconveyorbeltvehiclesaregiveninannexA.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystemsandtocablelessremotecontrols.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoconveyorbeltvehicleswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralrequirementsforlaryngoscopesusedforintubation,andspecifiescriticaldimensionsforthehandleandlampofhook-ontypelaryngoscopes.Italsoaddressestheinterchangeabilityofbladesandhandles.Itisapplicableonlytoinstrumentswithaninternalbattery-operatedpowersourceforilluminatingthelarynx,sinceelectricalsafetyrequirementscanbemorestringentforinstrumentsconnectedtomainsorexternalpowerpacks.Itisnotapplicabletosurgicalinstrumentsknownbythesamegenericname,norisitapplicableto-flexiblelaryngoscopesorlaryngoscopesdesignedforsurgery,-laryngoscopespoweredfrommainselectricitysupply,-laryngoscopesconnectedbylight-transmittingcablestoexternallightsources,or-videolaryngoscopesdesignedtoworkwithanexternalvideosystem.NOTEInstrumentsconnectedbylightguidestoanexternallightsourcecouldbesubjecttootherInternationalStandards.
