【摘要】:ThispartofISO9386specifiesthesafetyrules,dimensionsandfunctionaloperationforpermanentlyinstalledpower-operatedverticalliftingplatformsintendedforusebypersonswithimpairedmobilitywhenstandingorsittinginawheelchair,withorwithoutanattendant.Itspecifiesrequirementsforliftingplatformsa)installedwithinenclosedliftways,andb)whosedesignorlocationpermitstheirusewithoutanenclosedliftway.Itisrestrictedtothefollowingliftingplatforms:a)thosewhichtravelbetweenfixedlevels;b)thosewithoutliftwayenclosureandwithoutfloorpenetration:1)withtravelupto2,0m,2)inprivatedwellingswithtravelupto4,0m;c)thosewithliftwayenclosurewithtravelupto4,0m;d)thosewhoseratedspeeddoesnotexceed0,15m/s;e)thosewhoselineoftraveldoesnotexceed15?fromtheverticaland;f)thosewhoseratedloadisnotlessthan250kg.ThispartofISO9386doesnotspecifyeverygeneraltechnicalrequirementforallaspectsoftheelectrical,mechanicalorbuildingconstruction.Asfaraspossible,thispartofISO9386specifiesonlytherequirementsthatmaterialsandequipmentneedtomeetintheinterestsofsafetyandfunctionaloperation.Requirementsarealsoincludedforprotectionagainstharmfulinfluenceswhichmaybeexperiencedbyequipmentinstalledinexternallocations.
