【摘要】:ThispartofIEC664appliestorigidprintedboardassemblieswithaninsulatingcoatingappliedtooneorbothsidesoftheprintedboard.Suchcoatingsareusedtoprovideinsulationandtoprotectthemicroenvironmentoftheprintedboardassemblysurfaceagainstpollution,forthepurposeofinsulationcoordination.Itdescribestherequirementsandtestproceduresforprintedboardassembliesprovidedwithcoatings.Thispartcoverstwotypesofcoatings:-typeAcoatingonlyprovidesprotectionagainstpollution.TheclearanceandcreepagedistancerequirementsofIEC664-1applytotheprintedboardassemblyunderthecoating;-typeBcoatingprovidesprotectionagainstpollutionandinsulation.Therearenorequirementsforclearancesandcreepagedistancesunderthecoating.OnlytherequirementsofIEC664-1forsolidinsulationapply.NOTES1FortypeBcoating,theconductorsareembeddedinsolidinsulationconsistingofthebasematerialandthecoating.2Clearancesandcreepagedistancerequirementsapplytoalluncoatedpartsoftheboardandbetweenconductivepartsoverthecoating.Theprinciplesinthispartareapplicabletofunctionalandbasicinsulation.Note3-Forsupplementaryandreinforcedinsulation,additionalrequirements,whichareunderconsideration,mayapply.
