【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62443definestheelementsnecessarytoestablishacybersecuritymanagementsystem(CSMS)forindustrialautomationandcontrolsystems(IACS)andprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthoseelements.ThisstandardusesthebroaddefinitionandscopeofwhatconstitutesanIACSdescribedinIEC/TS62443?1?1.TheelementsofaCSMSdescribedinthisstandardaremostlypolicy,procedure,practiceandpersonnelrelated,describingwhatshallorshouldbeincludedinthefinalCSMSfortheorganization.NOTE1OtherdocumentsintheIEC62443seriesandintheBibliographydiscussspecifictechnologiesand/orsolutionsforcybersecurityinmoredetail.TheguidanceprovidedonhowtodevelopaCSMSisanexample.Itrepresentstheauthor’sopiniononhowanorganizationcouldgoaboutdevelopingtheelementsandmaynotworkinallsituations.TheusersofthisstandardwillhavetoreadtherequirementscarefullyandapplytheguidanceappropriatelyinordertodevelopafullyfunctioningCSMSforanorganization.Thepoliciesandproceduresdiscussedinthisstandardshouldbetailoredtofitwithintheorganization.
